A New Experience for SnapCount Users

Written by Jeff Seifert | Feb 4, '21

When SnapCount got started, we set out to optimize the way the retrofit industry wins and performs work. This required automating the many unique (and sometimes complex) workflows required by this specialized industry. Now, with hundreds of thousands of projects developed, won and completed by our valued customers, SnapCount is the most advanced and comprehensive retrofit solution in the industry.

What’s next?
As retrofit continues to evolve as a growth opportunity for contractors and their partners, SnapCount is focused on making this powerful platform available to more workers, in more places, and to make it easier to navigate, use and to accelerate winning retrofit project opportunities.

Introducing the SnapCount Ion™ Experience
SnapCount’s Ion Experience will deliver a new look and improved navigation designed with the most important aspect at its core; you. Ion will include a streamlined workflow that simplifies project initiation, finding previous work and will make on-boarding new team members simple and quick. Stay tuned for a blog post in the next couple weeks when we’ll be diving into more details of this revolutionary release.

Why Ion? Are you changing SnapCount’s name?
We’re not changing the name of our software; it’s still called SnapCount. We’re just giving the new look a catchy, energy-related handle, and one that illustrates a positively energized component of SnapCount’s power. By the way, if you’ve used SnapCount’s Mobile App, you’ve already been introduced to Ion.

It’s important to note that this upgrade is just the beginning of rapid evolution to provide an even more comprehensive energy efficiency platform that is more functional, more ubiquitous and will serve as a major agent for optimizing the world’s produced and human energy. Expect even more improvements in the future!

We’re excited and eager to get the Ion experience into your hands once it’s primed and ready for use. We’ll keep you updated with our progress and will provide more specifics as we get closer to its release date.
